This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Colorado providing a physical address in Colorado at the time of entry. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and to all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
Sponsor: Colorado Mountain Bike Association (“COMBA”). COMBA is solely responsible for administering the Sweepstakes, including entry collection, eligibility determinations, and winner selection.

Deadline to Enter: 09/10/2026, 11:59 PM (Mountain Time). Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Deadline to Enter at its sole discretion, with the updated date reflected on the entry page.
How to Enter
Enter by scanning the QR code or visiting this link and completing the entry form. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Entries may only be submitted online; no written or mailed entries will be accepted. Limit: one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person will be void.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize Details
1 Winner will receive the following:
- Santa Cruz Tall Boy 90 (color and size based on availability)
- The prize must be picked up in person by the winner at Mikes Bikes (Denver East) within 5 days of notification that the prize is available in store; it will not be mailed or shipped.
- Failure to pick up the prize within this window will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other goods.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,900.
Sweepstakes Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of and physically located within Colorado, and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Any entry by an ineligible person will be void.
Directors, officers, employees, and agents of Sponsor and Levine Law Firm, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, website administrators, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) or household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate.
All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Deadline to Enter. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within 10 business days following the Deadline to Enter (as such date may be extended by Sponsor). If a selected winner cannot be reached using the contact information provided, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
General Conditions
By entering, participants release Sponsor, Levine Law Firm, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of the prize. By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor and Levine Law Firm the right to use their name, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and Levine Law Firm are not responsible for technical errors, lost or misdirected entries, or any issues beyond their reasonable control that affect the administration of the Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
