Privacy Policy — Better Equipped Sweepstakes

This Privacy Policy explains how the Colorado Mountain Bike Association (“COMBA”), as Sponsor of the Better Equipped Sweepstakes, and Levine Law Firm, as prize partner, collect, use, and protect information submitted by entrants.

Information We Collect

When you enter the sweepstakes, we collect: your name, email address, date of birth (used to verify you meet the 18+ age requirement), phone number, and address.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to administer the sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility (age and Colorado residency), contacting the winner, and coordinating prize pickup. Additionally, by entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from COMBA and Levine Law Firm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in future emails. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your entry into the sweepstakes.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who help administer the sweepstakes (such as the entry collection platform), solely for that purpose.

Data Retention

We retain entrant information as long as necessary to administer the sweepstakes and comply with legal or recordkeeping requirements. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, we will continue to retain your contact information for that purpose until you unsubscribe or otherwise request deletion, in accordance with your rights described below.
